Warsaw – IT & Tech hub for female talent
Women in Tech Summit is a first initiative of this type in the region. The Perspektywy Foundation, along with Partners, has prepared grants enabling you to participate in the conference for free.
This November, all sorts of amazing women in technology – from students and professionals to CEOs of some of the most innovative global technology companies – are meeting in Warsaw to discuss the future of technology, develop networks, explore career opportunities, and learn from and inspire each other. Come and join them!
“Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit” will be the first such event in the Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia (CEE&CA) addressed to female IT students and professionals. A record number of 1000 participants is expected from Poland, other European Union countries and Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan. The Warsaw Summit will become a center of discussion about the future of technology and its social impact, and about women contribution in this vital area.

Are you an IT/Tech student from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, or Belarus? Are you studying IT/Computer Sciences, Engineering (Automation, Robotics, Electronics, Mechatronics), Telecommunication/ICT at one of the universities in your country and planning to build your career in the IT/Tech area? Can you communicate in English? You can apply for a grant and participate in the whole event for free!
What does the grant cover?
- full participation in the 2 days of the conference
- participation in the evening event
- access to the fair and networking space
- in case of students from Ukraine transport by bus from Kiev is guaranteed
- accommodation during the conference (limited)
How does it work?
Send your application and show motivation to participate in this event. The Organizers will select the grant receivers on the basis of their applications – the number of available grants is limited. Grant applications are accepted until 30.09, the information about results will be sent by email.

Students and young IT engineers from Belarus can apply here until 14.09.
The Summit will create a meeting space for the female talents in technology. The participants will have the opportunity to listen to and meet the managers of the biggest global technology companies, to update their scientific and technical knowledge and to gain the tools for development of their own professional careers.
An accompanying Career Fair for students, with present offers from the top technology companies that place special emphasis on supporting and employing women, and interested in building a diversity culture in their organizations. Universities and IT faculties will present their achievements and establish contacts with high tech businesses.
Mariya Gabriel, the EU Commissioner for Digital Economy and Society will honor the Summit as its Special Guest.
