Description: Intersectional feminist initiative “Power of Equality” was established in Krasnodar in 2016. The goal is to build a society free from all forms of discrimination, achieve equality regardless of gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability, race, age and religion. We are fighting against the oppression of women in the Southern Federal District and the North Caucasus. We also support other humanistic movements, including LGBT+ community and civic initiatives. In our activities, we are guided by the principles of equality, diversity and justice, intersectional feminism and trans inclusiveness.

Aims and objectives: 
To build an interregional feminist movement in the North Caucasus and the Southern Federal District. 
To unite and educate women in the North Caucasus and the Southern Federal District. 
To raise awareness and understanding of the problems of LGBT community. 
To create an inclusive space for women and LGBT representatives where they can exchange information and experiences.

Main activities:

• Since the establishment of the organization, we have been working in the following areas: 
• Psychological support and social adaptation of LGBT.
• A program of cultural events for the community of their closest associates and allies.
• Program to support transgender youth.
• Education on the main themes of feminism (gender inequality, the problem of domestic violence, sexist stereotypes, etc.) of girls, women, transgender people.
